Receiving awards helps to boost children's confidence and self-esteem and encourages them to always work their hardest.

This resource pack is print friendly and is ideally printed onto card so that children can display their certificate without damaging it.

Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH) is the UK’s leading centre for treating seriously ill children and one of the top five paediatric research hospitals in the world.

GOSH receives over 240,000 patient visits every year from babies just a few hours old up to 18 year olds. Over half of these patients come from outside London and are referred to GOSH when they are too ill to be treated by their local hospital.
